Smartsheet Troubleshooting Dashboard
While waiting for Comfy, our Innovation Team has created a dashboard to view all Pending, In Progress, or Completed Tickets for the Appify applications.

While in the dashboard, here are the steps to review before proceeding to the “Submit a Ticket” Form Below. THESE MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER FOR YOUR TICKET TO BE ACCEPTED.
- Navigate to the dashboard
- Search key words for issue user is having
- Take note of the status. If Status is _______ The Innovation Team & Appify are:

- Pending – working the ticket in the order leadership has approved
- In Progress – currently testing and working a resolution
- Ready to Test – currently testing in the TEST or LIVE environment (there should be an expected resolution date for these)
- Verified/Completed – have confirmed a fix is in place
- If status is in “Pending”, “In Progress”, or “Ready to Test” – review the “Work Around Notes” for a quick resolution.
- When to submit a ticket? – All above steps are completed
- The work around listed did not work
- The ticket was in “Verified/Completed” but user is still experiencing the issue.
